To qualify for our apartment homes at 120 Ninth Street, all applicants need to meet the standard rental requirements and not exceed the rent limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. Please see the qualifications tab below for more information.

Steps TO APPLY:

In order to ensure that all applicants are appropriately and fairly selected for the next available unit, please follow the steps to apply below.

1.Download, complete, and sign the following documents:

Reference the tenant selection plan for specific income limit guidelines

that correspond to the program.

2. Pay a $150 holding administrative fee money order that will be used towards the security deposit of the unit.

3. Submit the completed and signed documents:

We have limited availability of affordable housing units, any application emailed to us and not processed will be added to our waitlist if income falls within the Fort Worth County Income limits.
